Coping with the drastic changes of climates and while preserving the water as a precious necessity, Dutch designer Bas van der Veer has come up with an innovative rain barrel dubbed A Drop of Water.

The rain barrel filters and stores rainwater in a watering can which could further be used to water the home garden. There is a small tap at the bottom of the barrel that allows controlled watering, without over-spilling or wasting a drop.
