Australian architecture studio Arkit have presented the Eco Studio sustainable house as part of Melbourne's annual state of design festival. The eco-friendly house is built from harvested western red cedar and hoop pine.

With a small built area, 50 sqm, the house hosts a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, and an adaptable service hub. Pretty complete for such a small house design. Its multi compartmental wall panels provide insulation and rigidity. It is also equipped with water saving technologies in order to reduce the environmental impact.
