When the Kartell studio met the challenge of creating industrial products in such a thick acrylic, the studio launched the collection of tables and chairs amidst Snowflakes, an installation designed also by Tokujin Yoshioka for the occasion.

Hundreds of transparent plastic prism sticks brought an ice storm to the windows of the Kartell Gallery in Via Turati where the Invisibles nestled in a sort of winter fantasy. The idea behind the Invisibles is that the user appears to be floating, but it is impossible to ignore the presence of such imposing furniture, despite its light and transparency
